As per the end of January 2005 the Unitex Group has acquired a fifty percent share in Levac Sarl in Lyon, France. With this acquisition we are strengthening our group in the south of Europe. Levac with its wider product range of over 4000 articles, will support the Unitex Group to grow to a more flexible business. Were clients will find better solutions for lifting and internal transport. Additional products which Levac carry in stock on top of our product range are cable, chain, rope and other.

Levac is located in Lyon and has a subsidiary in Toulon, with a turnover of 6 million Euro annually it is a major player in France. Under management of Patrick Cazorla we expect to expand the company further. For more details please check the homepage at www.levac.fr

Our branch Technotex Industrial Supply in Coevorden, Netherlands, has acquired a new premises of 5.000m2, with possibilities to extend this further up to a 7.500m2 .The new warehouse and production facility will be the European main warehouse, from where trade will be co-ordinated throughout Europe, Eastern Europe and Middle East.

The current location at the Parrallelweg 41a is not longer fulfilling the required obligations. Momentarily the new premises is under construction, the building will be separated in three sections, offices, production floor and warehouse. It is the expectation that the place will be in use in June 2005.

In October 2004 the relation with Tecnobelt Siten in Chieri, Italy has been brought to a closer co-operation. After many years of close relation, Tecnobelt was acquired by Unitex Group and is now a 100% member of the Group. Tecnobelt has shown the last three years a considerable growth, both in turnover and in market position. Tecnobelt, with a current turnover of 800.000 euros per years will show a substantial growth for the coming years under the management of Mr. De Grutolla.
